($24.00 deposit required per person, the balance of $50.00 per person on the day of the event)

A vegetarian option must be pre-ordered when booking the ticket.

Polenta batons, winter root vegetables, blood plum, yoghurt powder, hazelnut crumb

Second

Confit of Duck leg, fennel slaw, leek disc,  celeriac fritter, sherry jus.

Third

Lamb rack, macadamia crust, pear tarte tatin, candied blood orange, thyme.

Fourth

Apple & Juniper berry cigar, creme fraiche ice-cream and

Chocolate feuillantine, caramelised white chocolate mousse, honey, rosemary and

Pumpkin creme brûlée, Blackberry sorbet, poached Quince

  • Price does not include drinks. A fee of $24.00 per person is payable upon booking to reserve your place, this fee is deducted from the $74.00 cost. The balance of $50.00 per person is payable on the day of the event, a cancellation fee of $24.00 per person is non- refundable.
