Pork, slow roasted apple, hazelnut, barberries and tarragon wrapped in brik pastry cooked golden with juniper and sauvignon blanc syrup.

Shaved Wagyu beef pastrami on whole grain blini with beetroot jam, sauerkraut, golden crumbed Swiss cheese with Russian dressing.
