Blackwood Ridge 'Garden Room' Restaurant reservations policy

Lunch is four course Table d'hôte service at $112 per person, vegetarian options are available.

Maximum guest booking is capped at 8 guests. The minimum cost per person dining at the Garden Room is $112 per person (including children).
For the consideration of other guests please arrive on time for your reservation.
Advance notice is essential for all dietary requirements and must be stated at time of booking. Dietary requirements cannot be met without prior arrangement.
Changes to existing reseårvations cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated only when the requested table size, date and time are available.
Cancellations to booking must be confirmed via email to book@blackwoodridge.com.au
Children are more than welcome to dine at Blackwood Ridge 'Garden Room' Restaurant , but please be aware that no reduction in menu size or price is available for any child over 2 years old. If you are bringing your child along wth you then you must reserve them a seat and pay the menu price otherwise we will be unable to seat them at your table.
7 days notice (prior to booking date) of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case no charges apply.
A $60 charge applies (per person) for cancellations made with less than 7 days notice to booking date.
No shows on the day of the booking incurs full charge of $112 per person.
Medical related cancellations are also charged at $60 per person with the option of rebooking within 28th day of the cancelled booking. Failure to notify us by email at book@blackwoodridge.com.au will result charge at our discretion.
Any promotional bookings including but not limited to prizes, promotional offers are subject to the same policy as above, In addition any cancellations within 7 days prior will result in the promotional offer been terminated.
