Wattleseed is and Australian native ingredient with a nutty dark chocolate flavour, Lavosh is a thin biscuit, Ras el hanout is a North Africa spice mix that is warm and fragrant, katsuobushi is a smoked Jerusalem artichoke that is dried, Pernod is a liquorice flavoured liqueur, Violet i flower, red fruit crumb is freeze dried raspberries, blackberries and dried lavender, Semifreddo is a semi frozen mousse.
