At our small 18-seat intimate culinary retreat , we take pride in cultivating a diverse range of produce right here on our farm. Our menu is a true reflection of the seasonal bounty, bringing the vibrant flavors of the paddock to your plate. What sets us apart is our unwavering focus on utilising the unique ingredients harvested from our very own gardens at Blackwood Ridge.

Pan fried sword fish with potato & dill croquettes, cured celery with lovage, salted grapes, finger lime, oxidised sunflower, whey and herb dressing. (GF)

Wagyu brisket, Popped Barley & Horseradish.

Slow cooked ‘Wagyu’ beef brisket with potato dauphine, celeriac remoulade, warrigal greens, smoked beetroot, popped barley on horseradish and parsley creme.

Tofu waffle, Zucchini & Barberry.

Tofu and lime waffles with zucchini fritters, goat cherve, chilli and barberry relish, cucumber and apple salad.

Limoncello soaked brioche with lemon verbena panna-cotta, sweet basil oil, fresh strawberry and mascarpone.

Red wine and raspberry confiture, raspberry and white chocolate semi-freddo, raspberry and Calvados jelly, fennel pollen and creme fraiche icecream and crisp tuile ring. (GFO)

Menu notes

Kimchi is a spicy fermented pickle, calamansi is a small tangy citrus, tahini is a paste made from ground sesame, miso is fermented soy paste, lovage is a herb with a slight aniseed flavour, whey is a slight tart liquid made from separating yoghurt, warrigal greens is native spinach, barberry is a piquant berry from the berberis family, Limoncello is a lemon flavoured alcohol, confiture is a set jelly/jam, calvados is apple liqueur and tuile is a thin shortbread like biscuit.

Open gardens on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm. A nominal entry fee of $12.00 per adult is applicable, and children can enter for free.
