At our small 18-seat intimate culinary retreat , we take pride in cultivating a diverse range of produce right here on our farm. What sets us apart is our unwavering focus on utilising the unique ingredients harvested from our very own gardens at Blackwood Ridge.

Menu notes

Calamansi is a small tangy citrus, tahini is a paste made from ground sesame, miso is fermented soy paste, tarragon is a herb with an aniseed flavour, whey is a slight tart liquid made from separating yoghurt, remoulade is a mayonnaise made with celeriac , Frangelico is a hazelnut flavoured alcohol, confiture is a set jelly/jam, lemon verbena is a lemon flavoured herb, tonka bean is an aromatic bean used in desserts, calvados is apple liqueur and tuile is a thin shortbread like biscuit.
