We are a small boutique restaurant nestled in the Kitchen Garden at Blackwood ridge.. We do shared food from garden to plate, unique wines and good times..

Buckwheat, Parsnip 

Manchego cheese and lemon thyme buckwheat cakes, parsnip puree, orange gel, mizuna greens with parnsip wafer. (GF,V)

Japanese Chicken

Crispy fried chicken marinated in sake and ginger with soy and raspberry dipping sauce, garden greens and yuzu syrup. (GF)

Lamb Samba

Spiced Moroccan lamb parcels with pistachio, currants. labne, sumac and pomegranate molasses.

Celeriac & Chorizo Fritters

Celeriac, chorizo and chive fritters on pea and mint puree with crispy kale, beetroot dust,

 potato popcorn and pancetta crisp.

Pork Hedgerow Cigar

Pork, slow roasted apple, hazelnut, barberries and tarragon wrapped in brik pastry cooked golden with juniper and sauvignon blanc syrup.

 

Duck, rasbpberry, fennel & macadamia

Pan fried duck breast on raspberry and fennel sauce with kale and potato rosti quenelles, orange fennel and macadamia and maple granola.

Parsnip Pudding

Steamed parsnip pudding with cinnamon, champagne soaked currants with creme anglaise, cardamon and honey ice cream, dulce de leche crumb.

Hazelnut torte, bergamot ice cream, white chocolate semi freddo, coconut and pistachio crunch, wattle seed crisp. (GF)
