We are a small boutique restaurant nestled in the Kitchen Garden at Blackwood ridge.. From garden to plate, unique wines and good times..

This spring we are offering a 4 course set menu for Lunch Friday, Saturday & Sunday bookings available at 12pm to 1.30pm.

We also have morning tea available between 10am to 11.30am, and afternoon tea 2pm to 3.30pm which is predominantly outdoor service due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Bookings now available for our Friday October 2nd reopening of the kitchen.

Pea and radish risotto

French radish and pea risotto, shaved manchego , pea tendrils and micro herbs

Served with our fresh made brioche roll.

2nd

Korean Chicken, Kimchi, Blossoms

Marinated chicken fried with spiced Korean kimchi, blood orange syrup and blossoms (GF)

Hen egg tart, Asparagus, Lemon Thyme, Nasturtium

Blackwood ridge hen egg tart with mascarpone,sautéed asparagus and nasturtium leaves.

Western District Duck, Raspberry, Fennel, Macadamia

Pan fried duck breast on raspberry glaze with kale and potato rosti quenelles,

 Rose petals & macadamia maple granola. (GF)

Kyneton Lamb, Moroccan Spice, Spinach, Tarragon

Moroccan spiced crusted lamb rack on spinach and tarragon dumpling with pomegranate molasses jus

Celeriac fritter, Swede Remoulade, Roast Beetroot

Golden celeriac fritters with swede & chive Remoulade, roast beetroot and mt zero olive oil.

 Rhubarb, Bergamot, Blackberry, Creme brûlée 

Rhubarb and apple cigar, bergamot ice cream, blackberry sorbet and Creme brûlée.
